Cory Pelarski is an accomplished executive and emergency management leader with more than 23 years of experience in security operations, threat assessment, and crisis planning. A graduate of the FBI National Academy and a U.S. Naval Officer, Cory combines military precision with civilian expertise to drive resilience, preparedness, and operational excellence.

As Director of Emergency Management for a Level One Trauma Center, Cory has led enterprise-wide preparedness and response strategies, building systems that safeguard continuity of care and strengthen organizational resilience. His approach blends high-impact training, risk mitigation, and cross-sector collaboration to ensure readiness in dynamic and high-stakes environments.

Cory holds a Master’s degree in Emergency Management and Disaster Resilience and is a Certified Sport Security Professional (CSSP). Known for his ability to transform complex security challenges into strategic, actionable solutions, Cory partners with stakeholders to develop innovative frameworks that enhance safety, strengthen organizations, and build long-term value.

Shawn Boucher is an experienced emergency management professional with a broad background across all critical infrastructure sectors, currently focused on healthcare disaster management planning and program development. Formerly served in a state Homeland Security Department conducting security and resiliency assessments, combining operational expertise with strategic program implementation to enhance organizational preparedness and resilience.

Shawn develops and manages comprehensive emergency management, continuity, and security programs, integrating risk assessments, cross-department collaboration, and scenario-based training to ensure readiness in complex and high-stakes environments.
